Chicken Entrées

Roasted Chicken – Whole chickens roasted rotisserie style and cut into ¼’s

Chicken Piccata – Chicken baked with lemon juice, capers and white wine.

Chicken Leek – Baked chicken with leeks, capers, butter, wine and fresh parsley.

Chicken Marsala – Chicken baked in a marsala wine, mushrooms, onions and light cream.

Chicken Ala King – Chicken baked in julienne peppers, onions, mushrooms in a white cream sauce.

***Butter - Basil Chicken – Baked chicken with fresh herbs, butter, basil and a white wine cream reduction.

Chicken Parmesan – Chicken breast smothered in red tomato sauce with melted aged baby Swiss and fresh parsley.

Chicken In a Blanket – Chicken breast smothered with onions, peppers, mushrooms and melted pepper jack cheese.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken – 8 piece chickens soaked in buttermilk and breaded with our special seasoning. 

Portobello Mushroom Chicken – Chicken baked in a portabella mushroom cream sauce.



Pork Entrées

Roasted Pork Loin – We dry roast this pork that has been marinated in balsamic vinaigrette.

Herb Encrusted Pork Loin – A special herb blend baked in our pork loin.

***Stuffed Center Cut Pork – We stuff our pork with a fresh sage stuffing.

Baked Pork Chop – Mushrooms, onions, and white wine baked with individual pork chops.


Beef Entrées

***Marinated Beef Loin – Very tender shaved beef that we marinate for two days.

Prime Rib – Fresh roasted Prime rib served with a horseradish cream.

Beef Tips – Filet Mignon cut into tips and cooked in an onion and portabella mushroom wine sauce.



Seafood(Market Price) per person

Filet of Sole Florentine – Sole, baby spinach, hollandaise sauce.

Orange Roughy – Orange Roughy baked in a cream sauce with scallions, capers and lemon zest.

Cod en papillote – Cod fillets wrapped in parchment paper with seasonal vegetables and lemon herb butter.

Herb Crusted Salmon - Fresh Atlantic salmon filet with a herb crust and a flakey tender center.
